Source from Shanghai told us, Fanny Yum (任妙玲) has resigned from MullenLowe China as CEO, before Chinese New Year. She has been worked at MullenLowe (previously LOWE) for more than 8 years and had been promoted to CEO of Lowe China in Jan.2016. Prior to that, Fanny Yum was national Managing Director and General Manager of Beijing office at Lowe China. During last two years, Ms. Yum based Shanghai and was responsible for managing the Lowe operations across China – Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. In June 2017, MullenLowe restructured its operations in mainland China and formed newly MullenLowe China group, which combined creative agency MullenLowe China and digital agency MullenLowe Profero. Former DDB China chief Richard Tan (陈仲翰)joins the IPG's network and led whole MullenLowe Group China as CEO. And, Fanny Yum continued previous role as CEO of MullenLowe China. Following the movement, MullenLowe China CSO Baiping Shen(沈柏屏) departed the agency. In the other side, Profero China's long-time Managing Director Jackie Xu (徐睿) had been earlierly jumped to Edelman Shanghai. The bigger MullenLowe Group China is just 230-person agency across three offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu.
